CANCELLATION POLICY IN LOW SEASON
- +7 Days prior to arrival - 10% Charged of paid amount as administration fee and bank charge, minimum charge 500 Baht
- 4-7 Days prior to arrival - 1 night charged as a cancellation fee, minimum 500 Baht
- 0-3 Days prior to arrival - The whole period wil be charged
- Early Check Out - The whole period will be charged
- No Show - The whole period will be charged

- +30 Days prior to arrival - 10% Charged of paid amount as administration fee and bank charge, minimum charge 500 Baht
- 20-29 Days prior to arrival - 1 night charged as a cancellation fee, minimum 500 Baht
- 0-19 Days prior to arrival - The whole period will be charged
- Early Check Out - The whole period will be charged
- No Show - The whole period will be charged
CANCELLATION POLICY IN PEAK SEASON/FESTIVE & PUBLIC HOLIDAY
- +45 Days prior to arrival - 10% Charged of paid amount as administration fee and bank charge, minimum charge 500 Baht
- 30-44 Days prior to arrival - 1 night charged as a cancellation fee, minimum 500 Baht
- 0-29 Days prior to arrival - The whole period will be charged
- Early Check Out - The whole period will be charged
- No Show - The whole period will be charged
LAST MINUTE BOOKING
- 1-5 days before arrival - The whole period will be charged

AMENDMENT POLICY
Amendment need to be made not less than:-
a) 7 working days prior to check-in date in Low Season
b) 14 working days prior to check-in date in High Season
c) 21 working days prior to check-in date in Peak Season/Festive & Public Holiday
